28 vdc LIONEL model #3-4660 HO SCALE SLOTCAR TRANSFORMER from Power Passers set

Description

Here is a Lionel, 28 Volt DC, HO scale slot car transformer.
Model No.3-4660 from a Power Passers slotless racing set.
This powerpack has more outgoing volts than a T-jet, Tyco and
most other slotcar racing transformers.
This hobby transformer has been tested and does work.
I see no damage to the transformer, wires or plug end.
The plug end can be cut off and wired to most other HO
slotcar racing sets.
